2006 marks my 25th year of service in state and local government, most of that time with Montgomery County. In twenty-five years I have naturally witnessed a number of changes in the way county government conducts its business, but I also know that some things never change. The duties associated with the office of the County Auditor are challenging and an enormous responsibility, and the people we serve expect those duties to be conducted honestly, fairly and openly. That is what my staff and I strive to do every day, and I am proud of our record during my tenure as Auditor.

I am proud of the advances we have made using the latest developments in technology. I am proud of the cooperative working relationships we have developed with other offices and with other political subdivisions throughout the county. And, I am proud of our ongoing commitment to making our services available and easily accessible to the public.

It is a privilege to be running for re-election and have this opportunity to showcase the many achievements of the Auditor's Office. Some of those achievements you will find highlighted on this website. In addition, this website will provide updates on campaign activities and opportunities for you to get involved.
